Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards.
- Sealed products like Google Home, Amazon Alexa, etc.
- Sale or clearance items.
Items on sale can be returned within 24 hours after order delivery.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
Please do not send your purchase back to us directly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by WhatsApp. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, you may be responsible for any loss in value.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank – processing times vary
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us on WhatsApp.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are:
- Paid by the customer
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
